Design the Fierce & Noble Dragon Head
Draw or trace a dragon head profile on heavy red cardstock. Cut out curved horns, whisker barbels, and spiky dorsal crests. Highlight with bold gold paint pens.
Fold the Articulated Accordion Body
Cut two 8cm-wide strips of red and gold paper. Glue the ends perpendicular at 90 degrees and fold them back and forth over each other in an alternating Chinese staircase fold until a springy 40cm body is created.
